2009 Showcase
This years showcase home is a local professional couple that had a very defined look they were going for. This home is incredible in may ways and we can only touch on a few of the aspects to highlight what was designed for them.
Expansive floor to ceiling windows all wrapped in clear maple with a granite and stone fireplace dominate this room. Panasonic plasma was used to allow clear viewing even on sunny days. A Crestron control system located in the lower level operates all aspects of the media system and has a cleaner look that the customer was looking for.
The Kitchen has full Audio via the Crestron Adagio system and the TPS-6L touch screen control. Crestron lighting throughout the home with the elegant Crestron cameo keypads.
The lower level houses a place for family fun. The Game room features a wireless Crestron remote that is easy to use for the whole family. The kids can play any of the video game systems on the big 100 inch screen by simply selecting the source on the remote. The casual and fun atmosphere makes movie night and games fun for everyone.
All of the 7.1 surround speakers are recessed into the walls and ceiling including the high power custom subwoofer.
Fall
2007 Showcase
The Fall showcase home for 2007 is going to highlight 3 homes. In contrast to the large scale whole home award winning projects that Premier is known for. We also put that attention to detail and quality of work into smaller projects. From a small 7 seat home theater in a bonus room to a game room to a family room. Please take a look at the following to see a bit of what we have done in a pair of smaller installations.
Basement Entertainment Room
This basement upgrade features built in cabinets that surrounds and brings the HDTV and all the Video and audio gear into an elegant and cozy place for the family to enjoy the game or a movie.
Full control of the entertainment center is also available at the snack bar area for entertaining.
Bonus Room Theater
This
Theater was shoehorned into a small space above the garage that was going to become extra storage or a dark window-less office. Now it entertains the family every day in style. Custom sound control panels on the walls keep the sounds and rumble of the movies under control. The theater also has full lighting automation included in this design.
All the gear actually is hidden in the right hand cabinet. It's at eye level to make it easy to insert a new DVD into the player or change any settings. When the play button is pressed on the remote the lighting dims automatically to a preset setting creating a complete experience in a budget theater.
Living Room
This family wanted a simple but good looking living room installation with HDTV and good sound. In this photo here, just before completion, it shows how set can be integrated to give the best look of the new high end plasmas and LCD TV's deserve. A custom Speaker above the Set integrates the sound, with all the gear hidden in the cabinet and controlled by a custom RF remote.
Spring 2006 Showcase
Our spring showcase home is the award winning home that is in the current
issue of Electronic House magazine. This home is the pride and joy
of a very successful pair of executives that desired complete integration
of home control with multimedia in a powerful and easy to use package.
Starting with the Home Theatre just off one of the favorite places
for the family to gather and entertain. Capacity to have 7 friends
and relatives comfortably enjoy a movie or sporting event on the
spectacular 110+ inch screen that is driven by a brilliant Sharp
12000U HD projector that rivals the picture brightness of most Movie
theatres. 7.1 surround with additional surround speakers for the
rear rows from RBH sound brings the excitement of the movies with
a clarity that satisfies.
One of the crowning touches is a custom built-in plasma display
above the fireplace in the bedroom. A pair of wireless headphones
makes it easy for one to catch the late news without disturbing
the sleeping spouse.
Finally here is an additional photo of the Bedroom as well as a
photo showing the media center in the Master Bath.
